Joint Venture GLICON brings small business intelligence contractor BTS Software Solutions (BTS) together with large prime iNovex as a Mentor Protégé Joint Venture (MPJV) approved by the Small Business Administration’s (SBA) and certified by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs as a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB).
In contrast to the Pop-Up JV model, BTS and iNovex share an extensive, brick-and-mortar history working together on complex projects in the Intelligence Community (IC) and the Department of Defense (DoD). We invested thousand of hours in building joint capacity and certifying to the highest industry standards, including the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9001:2015 quality standards and the Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) Level 3 standard for operational rigor, maturity, and continually improvement.
